Life that informs my work:
I have been inter-ethnically/inter-culturally married since 2000. Together we’ve had to navigate marriage with very different upbringings and thought processes. We are raising three kids into adulthood and therefore have dealt with learning to communicate with various personalities, receiving unfortunate diagnoses, working through family conflict, etc. Not to mention, a bond and a love so much greater than I ever could have imagined. As a veteran's wife whose first 15 years of marriage were while my husband was active duty, I also have a heart for those families impacted by military life. That experience has allowed me to live and travel around the world, which has given me the opportunity to learn about many cultures. I love working with people of all worldviews and backgrounds but also offer faith-based counseling when requested.
